Our role is to enable members to cope with their daily activities by supporting them with domestic, budget and life skills, which will enhance their independence and reduces the risk of relapse.
SUPPORT THE VULNERABLE
Supporting care plan programmes
Our team liaises with a range of statutory referral agencies and families; they also participate in care plan programmes and assist with mental health assessments where necessary.
