ACCI is excited to announce a special raffle for our members! Our dedicated Board of Trustee member, Janet, has lovingly baked a beautiful Valentine’s fruit cake and generously donated it to be given away as a raffle prize. If you missed out on Christmas cake, this is the perfect chance to indulge in a delicious treat with your loved ones!

How to Enter:

• Raffle Ticket Price: Just £5 per entry.
• Ways to Enter: Purchase your raffle tickets online via PayPal or in person.
• Entry Deadline: 5PM on Wednesday, 12th February.
• Winner Announcement: The lucky winner will be revealed on Friday, 14th February at 5PM.
• Multiple Entries Allowed: Enter as many times as you like to increase your chances of winning!

How to Donate and Secure Your Entry:

1. All you need to do is contribute a minimum of £5 by completing the form below.
2. When donating, please mention ‘Cake Raffle’ in the ‘comments section ‘ in the form.
3. If paying by either debit or credit card, select the ‘Credit Card’ option below and enter your details.

Terms & Conditions:

• You must be 18 or over to participate.
• The cake must be collected from our ACCI office in Wolverhampton (no delivery available).
• This raffle is not affiliated with Instagram and follows Gambling Commission regulations.

Cake Ingredients:

• Self-Raising Flour – contains gluten (wheat)
• Unsalted Butter, Milk, Brown Sugar, Molasses
• Dried Mixed Fruits (currants, sultanas, raisins), cherries, sulphur dioxide
• Eggs, white rum, ruby wine, vanilla bean extract
• Bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, mixed spice (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove)
• Lemon juice, browning

• Marzipan Ingredients: Sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, preservatives
• Fondant Icing Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, glycerol, emulsifier, stabilisers, preservatives (potassium sorbate), flavouring.

Storage Information:

• This iced fruit cake was made in December 2024.
• Storage Options: Freeze or store in a cool place.
• Consumption Period: Best consumed within 3-6 months of purchase.
• Allergen Notice: Ingredients in bold contain one of the 14 allergens categorized by food standards regulations.
• May contain traces of nuts.
