What is
Talking Therapies
Plus about?

Talking Therapies Plus is a collaborative mental health initiative, bringing together five trusted organisations to provide accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive counselling services.

Our programme is designed to support individuals from all backgrounds, offering a safe space for those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or other emotional challenges.

With a focus on holistic wellbeing, we aim to empower individuals to take control of their mental health journey.

What is ACCI's role in the programme?

As a key partner in Talking Therapies Plus, ACCI (African Caribbean Community Initiative) offers specialist counselling services that are culturally informed and tailored to the needs of the African and Caribbean community. Our experienced therapists understand the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and provide support that respects and honours these experiences. At ACCI, we believe in healing through understanding, empathy, and shared experience.
