New Fitness class for new mothers launches in Wolverhampton

The African Caribbean Community Initiative (ACCI) is excited to introduce Mommy Fit, a brand-new fitness class designed specifically for new mothers looking to regain their strength and confidence after childbirth.

This free weekly session offers a welcoming and supportive environment where mothers can focus on rebuilding their fitness, meeting other parents, and prioritising their well-being.

 

Class Details:

  • When: Every Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Where: ACCI, 217 Waterloo Terrace, Newhampton Rd East, WV1 4BA
  • Cost: Free

 

Led by expert instructor Candeece Harvey, the low-impact fitness classes focus on:

✅ Improving pelvic floor health
✅ Boosting body confidence
✅ Building resilience and accessing mental health support
✅ Connecting with other parents and achieving fitness goals together
