The Baking & Afternoon Tea workshop is a new and exciting class that encourages service users to hone their culinary skills. Lead by an experienced baker, sessions teach participants to measure, mix, bake and decorate a variety of cakes and desserts. Participants can then enjoy the fruits of their labour at afternoon tea, where their creations feature centre stage. Sessions are open to all – irrespective of past experience, skill level or ability. If you have a passion for cake or are interested in learning a new skill, classes are every Wednesday from 2:00-4:30pm.
The baking class was a blast! We had so much fun. It brought us closer together. The decoration of the flowers were supreme – thanks Eileen, your garden must be beautiful. Thank you Alicia and all the staff who went all the way on the fabulous tea cups – very enchanting!
